With Pitside, all emails start as drafts, which can be updated, deleted, and sent. All emails, sent or still a draft are the same, but the update, delete, and send endpoints will only work on drafts.
We recommend using the Get Email endpoint after creating or updating a draft, because our profanity filter may have blocked out specific words.
When creating or updating a draft, an originalEmailId can be specified to group the email with a previous one, like when replying. This will not affect how the email is received by users and will not automatically set recipients or a title. It is just to group emails in the frontend for continuity.
